This page sets out the terms that apply when you engage Easy Automation Agency ("we," "us," "our") — including our free website offer, our AI automation services, and any related work. By requesting or using any of our services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed.

1. The Free Website Offer

From time to time we offer to build a free one-page website for a business at no upfront charge ("the Free Website"). The free offer is a single, clean, mobile-ready page (services, hours, contact info) — not a multi-page build. By accepting the Free Website you understand and agree:

• The website is provided at our sole discretion and at will — there is no contract and no agreement to keep it live, host it, or maintain it.
• We may modify, suspend, replace, or delete the website at any time, for any reason, and without notice.
• The Free Website carries no guarantee of uptime, availability, security, or continuity. It is provided "as is" and "as available."
• We are not obligated to keep the website live for any set period, and we are not obligated to keep any content you submit on it.
• We own the design, structure, and code we create until and unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• Nothing about the Free Website obligates us to provide paid services, and you incur no obligation to purchase anything.

2. Paid Services

Our AI receptionist, automation, and other paid services are offered month to month, with no long-term contracts. You may cancel at the end of any billing period. Fees are stated for the service you select, and continued use past the start of a new billing period renews your subscription. We may change pricing for future periods with reasonable notice.

3. No Guarantee of Results

We provide our services using reasonable professional care, but we do not and cannot guarantee any specific business outcome, number of calls, leads, appointments, sales, revenue, or search rankings. Any statements about potential results are illustrative, not guarantees.

4. Third-Party Services & Content

Our services may rely on third-party platforms (including telephony, AI, hosting, and payment providers). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or changes to those platforms, or for content you submit that third parties host.

5. Your Content & Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of any content or information you provide or that appears on any website we build for you. You agree not to use our services to violate any law, infringe anyone's rights, or send unsolicited commercial email in violation of applicable law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easy Automation Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amounts you paid us in the immediately preceding three (3) months.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any claims, damages, or costs arising from your content, your use of our services, or your breach of these terms.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
